The International Symposium on Women’s Health Issues in Thrombosis and Haemostasis

It is our great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the  9^th International Symposium on Women’s Health Issues in Thrombosis and Haemostasis that will take place on October 1-3, 2021. Due to the continuing global COVID-19 pandemic with its substantial impact on our personal and professional lives, WHITH 2021 will be held in an all-virtual format.

This biennial meeting, focusing on novel pathophysiological mechanisms and emerging clinical issues related to haemostasis, thrombosis and vascular biology in women, has become a major event attracting haematologists, gynecologists, obstetricians, cardiologists, neonatologists and all those involved in research and clinical practice in this rapidly evolving field. Nowadays, in the COVID-19 era, thrombosis and haemostasis issues appear to be even more relevant, as they represent one of the major challenges the medical community is facing.
